SORA SUMITERA DJ / Music Producer / Creative Director

SORA SUMITERA is a bicultural DJ and music producer operating around Japan and the United States.

While his primary musical focus is festival-style EDM and Future House, his roots as a DJ and musician trace back to R&B, Soul, Funk, and Disco from the 1960s through the 1990s. These genres remain an essential part of his musical identity and are among his specialties.

He is currently most active in the VRChat club scene, where he serves as an event organizer, DJ, and MC across multiple events. Recent activites include working as the co-founder and co-organizer for the VRChat music event ARSNOVA alongside VRChat DJ 4Nqn.

SORA SUMITERA is also the co-founder and co-organizer of VIBE CHECK, an EDM event held approximately every eight months at clubs in Tokyo, alongside fellow VRChat DJ Ghostfile.

Fluent in both English and Japanese, he also works professionally as a bilingual interpreter for corporate clients, connecting people and cultures through communication.
